Answers to Ordering FAQs:
We prefer payment via PayPal. We also accept personal checks and money orders. Please DO NOT send cash. We no longer process credit cards directly---please use Paypal. If you are not a Paypal member, and wish to purchase a money order with your credit card, we suggest Western Union's BidPay service.
In most cases PayPal orders are shipped the next day.
Orders paid by Money Order (MO) are shipped the day after the MO is received.
Personal checks often take two weeks to clear. Orders paid by check are shipped after the check has cleared.
Yes, we do ship outside of the United States. All orders to be shipped outside of the U.S. must be paid in U.S. funds.
If you completed the online order form, simply e-mail or call (818 730-9581) with the order number you were assigned.
If you did not complete the online order form, follow these steps to process your transaction:
Ordering is easy. Simply e-mail or call (818-730-9581) us with the following information:
1) The catalog number and a brief description and the price.
Example: 8mm1 Nicolas Cage leather jacket $450.00
2) Your name and the address to which you want your order sent.
After you have sent your inquiry, we will verify the availability of the item(s) and process your order. Please note if you would like a confirmation of the total plus shipping before we process your order. California residents pay 9% sales tax on all orders.
